3. Refund Timeframes and Cooling-Off Periods

3.1 Premium Digital Content
For downloadable reports, guides, or other digital content:
- 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the content.
- Once digital content has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be available unless there are significant quality issues.
3.2 Personalized Consultations
For scheduled personal insurance consultations:
- Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- 50% refund if canceled between 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, except in cases of emergencies at our discretion.
3.3 Subscription Services
For any recurring subscription services we offer:
- 14-day cooling-off period from the initial subscription start date, during which a full refund is available.
- After the cooling-off period, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- Partial-month or partial-period refunds are not provided when canceling a subscription mid-billing cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Digital content that has been downloaded, accessed, or used
- Personalized reports or analyses that have been delivered and received
- Consultations that have already taken place
- Services canceled after the specified cooling-off period
- Additional services requested and delivered beyond the original scope
