The Insurance Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as, and should not be considered as, professional insurance, financial, tax, or legal advice. 5.3 No Endorsement

Such content is the sole responsibility of the person or entity that makes it available. We do not endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE, SERVICES, AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SWEDISH CAR INSURANCE GUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR USER CONTENT OR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY AND THAT THE RISK OF HARM OR DAMAGE FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH YOU.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Swedish Car Insurance Guide, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site or maintain an Account.
11.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your use of the Site or your Account at any time by ceasing all use of the Site or by contacting us to request Account deletion.
11.3 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your Account and your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
11.4 Effect of Termination
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Site with the "Last Updated" date. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via email to the email address associated with your Account or through a notice on the Site's homepage.
By continuing to access or use the Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Site.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
13.3 Waiver and Severability
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
13.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swedish Car Insurance Guide regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Swedish Car Insurance Guide.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may assign or transfer these Terms, at our sole discretion, without restriction.
13.6 Notices
Any notices or other communications provided by us under these Terms, including those regarding modifications to these Terms, will be given by posting to the Site and/or via email. For notices made by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date on which such notice is transmitted.
13.7 No Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms.
